2018 is a challenging year. Yangpu Phase III project has entered a battle to overcome the difficulties. Nantong's Handi Lubricant Project has been officially launched. The Group's headquarters economy has been transferred from Beijing to Haikou strategically. All construction projects are going hand in hand with each other, and all businesses are advancing smoothly and steadily. Achievements can not be achieved without the correct leadership of the company, but also without the unity and hard work of all colleagues, pragmatic innovation. In this year's work, advanced models emerged in all aspects. In order to encourage the advanced and encourage the backward, the company commended and awarded the advanced collective and individual in 2018, and called on all employees to take the advanced personages as an example and make new achievements for the group's new take-off in the new year.

At the meeting, awarded departments and awarded individual representatives made brilliant speeches, shared their experience and achievements, expressed their gratitude to the company development platform, leaders and colleagues, and expressed that they would continue to be sincere and conscientious in their respective positions to create value.

Subsequently, General Manager Cao Tong signed safety responsibility letters with Vice General managers and heads of responsible departments respectively, and managed safety responsibility layer by layer to ensure production safely in 2019.

Finally, Chairman Wu Hanling made an important speech, affirming the group's achievements in 2018 and fully deploying its work in 2019. He said that 2019 is the key year for the group's development. The company should firmly grasp the five major projects of Handi Oil and Nantong Lubricant to promote the work, ensure that all businesses go hand in hand, and promote the group to a new level and a new milestone. To this end, he calls for the continuous promotion of fine management in 2019, the implementation of business awareness and cost concept to every employee, and efforts to enhance four abilities, including executive ability, problem solving ability, communication and coordination ability, learning ability.
