From June 25 to 26, the second Government Quality Award evaluation team of Hainan Province came to Hainan Handi Sunshine to conduct a two-day on-site evaluation of the Government Quality Award. The on-site assessment team composed of team leader Li Wuxian, and team members Luo An, Huang Xuguang and Xu Zhongguo. General manager Cao Tong and other more than 30 senior officials have attended the assessment meeting.

On the 25 day, the review group held the first meeting with the senior management of our company. Li Wuxian, the head of the evaluation team, introduced the purpose and work arrangement of this review. This review recognizes the actual implementation of the performance excellence management model in our company by hearing reports, mutual communications with management team, on-site inspection, staff discussion, and consulting information, and provides the basis for the Provincial Government Quality Award. The next step of management is to make rationalization proposals. Cao Tong, general manager, made a detailed report on the company's business environment, development direction, competitors and major challenges. At the first meeting, the evaluation team, accompanied by our directors, inspected the main business process and infrastructure of our company. On the 26 day, the jury carried out internal deliberations and held the end meeting.

At the meeting, the evaluation team fully affirmed the advantages and characteristics of our company in promoting performance excellence management, especially in technical innovation, green development, process control, human resources development, enterprise culture and so on.

Cao Tong, the general manager, expressed his sincere thanks on behalf of all   staff of our company for the two-day review of the expert group, and pointed out that we will continue to institutionalize, standardize and normalize excellence, and realize our vision of becoming a global leading company in specialty oil indusry and becoming the most competitive enterprise in the industry at an early date.
