2017 is a very important year in the history of Handi Group’s development, and a year carried forward a new paragraph in collectivization of Handi Group. We have achieved outstanding records in various business sections on specialty oil industrial chain.

As the biggest in scale and most advanced in technology private company in specialty oil industry, Hainan Handi Sunshine of Handi Group, has gained 200 new partners globally, technical index of all products was 100% qualified and has more than a dozen new certificated patents, with zero safety accident throughout the year. It continues to maintain the leading position in production scale and technology in specialty oil industry.

2017 was also a significant year for Handi Lubricant to dramatically enlarge its market and make big influence in branding. Handi Lubricant insists on its high-end national brand positioning; thus, high-end product has earned a large portion in our total sales income. And we have achieved a total sales income of 100 million RMB in only two years. Meanwhile, Handi Lubricant invested heavily in brand by signing Mr. Zhang Fengyi as its celebrity endorsement.

Vertical extension of industrial chain

Holding the global vision, capital innovation and cross-border wisdom, Handi Group will continue to plough the whole industry chain and promote industrial upgrading by converging the advantages of the whole industry chain. The phase III of specialty oil plant in Hainan, which covers an area of 553 Mu and a total investment of about 3000000000 Yuan, will be put into operation at the end of 2018. With an annual output of 1.5 million tons of special oil and 200 thousand tons of high-end pharmaceutical and food grade white oil, Handi Group will become the largest production enterprises, most advanced in technology, and the most complete in variety in specialty oil industry. High end products, especially pharmaceutical and food grade white oil, will promote industrial upgrading, and carry on the due responsibility for the global pharmaceutical and food safety.

At the same time, the group is accelerating the upgrading of the lubricating oil and downstream industrial chain. In April 2018, it will start the construction of East China production base, covering an area of 450 mu, with an annual output of 500 thousand tons of high-end lubricating materials and 300 thousand cubic meters of self-used oil depots, with a total investment of 1 billion 600 million yuan. It will enhance the brand competitiveness of Handi lube oil from the source and unveil a brand-new development chapter of Handi lube oil.

To achieve fine management of enterprises to become bigger and stronger

With the rapid development of the Handi Group, the group will continuously improve its management and control mode and improve its production level to improve its core competitiveness.

First of all, as an industrial group, the primary task is to grasp the production of safety and environmental protection and create a good development environment. In January 12th, 2018, the chairman of Handi Group signed a safety responsibility letter with the General Manager of Handi Sunshine, Vice General Managers and team leaders. Conscientiously carry out "safety first, prevention matters". The construction of phase III project and the lubricant oil plant in East China should be built with high quality, low cost and efficiency.

Secondly, the management skills should match with the rapidly developing businesses. We need to improve the group management and control mode, and strengthen internal control system. Establish and improve the risk management system of Handi Group and its subsidiaries, prevent risks, effectively deal with risks and reduce risk losses.
