On November 23, Handi Group held a kick-off meeting of management consulting project in Handi Group headquarter office in Beijing, which means that the management consulting project was officially set up. Wu Hanling, Chairman of Handi Group, head of all departments of Handi Group, top management team of Hainan handi Sunshine Petrochemical Co., Ltd (HDS), heads of various departments of Handi Lubricant Technology Co, and heads of project of Alliance PKU Management Consultants Ltd. participated in this start–up meeting.

Wu Hanling, the chairman of the Handi Group, first introduced the background of this consultation project, our requirements and great attention we have attached to this project. He also requires all companies, business units and functional departments to provide the possible requirements for data collection, project interview, etc. of the project to ensure the smooth progress, and to fully communicate with the cooperation partner Alliance PKU Management Consultants Ltd. to ensure the output of the consultation results.

The project leader of Alliance PKU Management Consultants Ltd. introduced the major tasks and duty cycle of the consulting project in detail. The entire project is expected to last about 4 months and is divided into four main stages: the strategic alignment of Handi Group, the construction of management and control model, the construction of performance and remuneration system, and the construction of long-term incentive mechanism.

Finally, Wu Hanling, added that the year of 2017 is the 11th year since the establishment of Handi Group, and it is also the Critical period of our development from a unitary enterprise to enterprise group. The scale and scope of our business determines that we must choose the Group Control Mode. The group headquarters must be an efficient resource management and coordination center and a streamlined and pragmatic management center in the future. I hope this management consultation can lay a solid foundation for the rapid development of next decade for the Handi Group.
